The venue

SCWS 2026 will take place in the Shaw Theatre, a 446-seat, air-conditioned auditorium which is part of Pullman London St Pancras. The exhibition and catering area will be available in the Nobel Suite, with the lounge area available for networking.

By train

By car

We recommend travelling by public transport where possible. There is no car parking at the hotel. A public car park is available at St Pancras International.

We endeavour to cater for all food allergies and dietary requests. You will be asked to provide these details on the registration form. Should you have any requirements, we would be grateful if you could register before the 16 May 2026 so we can make the appropriate arrangements. We will do our utmost to cater for any requests received after this date, but this is not guaranteed.
To ensure a comfortable and inclusive experience, reserved areas within the theatres can be provided for wheelchair users. These spots offer prime viewing and are conveniently located to ensure easy access to and from the theatre spaces. Please let us know on your registration form should you require us to reserve an area for you.
The presentations will be shared in a PDF format following the event. The speakers have the option to request that we do not share presentations that contain confidential information; therefore, we cannot guarantee the availability of all of the content.
